Curtis L. Shenkman is a partner of Gaskill, Smith & Shenkman, P.A. and in charge of the Real Estate Department. He has been certified by the Florida Bar as a Board Certified Real Estate Attorney since 1992. Mr. Shenkman serves many clients in all areas of real estate law, and their related business matters. He represents Banks, Developers, Builders, Association Boards, Realtors and Mortgage Brokers involved in residential and commercial real estate transactions and development. He is actively involved with the purchase, financing, development, construction, management, and sale of real estate in Florida. Mr. Shenkman acts as Florida Counsel for out of state clients, lenders, businesses, and law firms.
Mr. Shenkman serves as the General Counsel for the Loxahatchee River Environmental Control District *, a special district of the State of Florida, involved in the enhancement of the Loxahatchee River, and is involved in all aspects of local government, administrative, utility, and public construction contract law.
Mr. Shenkman attended the University of Florida from 1977 through 1984, receiving his Business Administration degree with high honors in Marketing in 1980, and a double graduate degree of a Master in Business Administration and Law degree in 1984. He has been with Gaskill, Smith & Shenkman, P.A., since 1984.
Mr. Shenkman, his wife Lucinda, and their three sons live and play in Palm Beach Gardens.
